The location was amazing. the concierge team was helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered fresh juices and a great variety of pastries. i also appreciated the staff speaking english very well. It made communication easy and pleasant.
the gym's temperature was a bit too low, made workouts slightly uncomfortable.

the hotel offered a good location for accessing many attractions. the staff provided helpful service, especially the waiters and bartenders. the breakfast included an amazing spread.
the room windows did not open, and ventilation felt poor. the air conditioning did not function well either. i found the rooms to be not so clean with a layer of dust on shelves.
